Our customer, Mr Muhammad, was extremely happy with his dormer attic conversion which turned to be gigantic. Good use of space, it also added some fantastic new features to his new home which otherwise would be just wasted space.
Since we stepped in, we advised right from the start as he didn’t had any idea where to start from. We referred him to an architect, advised on the costs and what choices he has and managed fit into his budget which also included some extra bits and, finally we had this job passed by building control.
He said that on the whole the building work went very smoothly and unexpectedly fast, my hand picked team was very professional and hard working and more to the point trust worthy, as he was able to just leave us with a key and let the team get on with it.
